This wireless printer and program much easier to install than anotherhp competitor who I always used to buy for over 30+ years. One wrinkle was the requirement to get more app downloads per item, fax, print , scan copy.

After purchasing the Epson WorkForce Pro WF-3820 Wireless All-in-One Printer for my home office, I have had a mixed experience with its overall performance. Duplex scanning and printing are great features. The printer is relatively affordable, but the ink is expensive. I haven't found generic ink cartridges for this model. Factor this in if you print a lot.

Other than the high price of replacing ink cartridges, the set up was easy and the price very affordable. Hope maintenance will not be an issue.

The printer quality is good. It's IMPOSSIBLE to keep it connected to any wifi. If you have an old router it might work. Any Wifi 6 or 7 CONSTANTLY requires uninstalling and reinstalling. I've been with support half a dozen times. Each time we temporarily fix the problem. This isn't a firewall problem as I have a Brother printer and it works fine.

This is the best printer I have owned. It is really easy to use. I love it. I hate it that I waited so long to purchase this. It lets me know when the ink is low and takes me to the site to order the exact ink I need.. This is the best scanner I've used and the easiest.

So frustrating that printer manufacturers cannot keep up with wifi technology. I have owned every major brand of printer and they all eventually experience the same unnecessarily time consuming problem- unable to locate wifi. After a week this thing will disconnect from our wifi, forcing me to spend a ridiculous amount of time resetting everything - printer, router, computer and every other device connected to the printer. We have a new mesh wifi system because our last printer had the same issue, so we upgraded everything and the problem still exists. The printer cannot locate wifi and the only solution is to reset the router, it’s not the router and no other devices have connectivity issues, its is 100% the printer. Once it is reset, the printer creates a “new connection” and does not use what was previously programmed into the printer, forcing every connected device - computers, tablets, phones, etc. to establish a new connection and reset all preferences. (I print payroll so this is completely unacceptable.) I've been averaging 35+ minutes of frustration every time I need to use the printer and today, it won't even work at all. Pages print blank and the screen shows and error messaging saying to restart the printer, which just repeats the same loop of malfunction. This printer lasted exactly 1 year....

Great printer for the price. I needed it to transfer photos onto fabric stock which it does nicely. Printers are always affordable; the real cost will always be in the ink cartridge and that is true with this printer.

Just be careful when removing all the blue tape from the printer when ready to set up. I missed some pieces in the paper tray, and while trying to open it, i broke it. I received a new one at no cost with the warranty right away. Made things very easy and the printer works great! Yah bless
