Setup easy. Printed from wifi & scanned documents without problems. Haven't had very long, but a little concerned about how much ink it will use.

    DEFECTIVE INK CARTRIDGE CARRIER/BASKET

LOVED the “look” of this printer...although it was larger than I’d preferred, I anticipated it to be a great addition... The package was partially wet upon arrival, and open in one section... Anyway, excitedly put her pieces together, unwrapped applicable portions, etc. Powered printer on, and was pleased with the appearance and felt sure it would prove to function well.. Reached the insert ink cartridge stage, only to find the cartridge carrier/casket would NOT move! The necessary leftward movement did not occur. The carriage, etc. moved when turning on/off printer(audible) ..the troubleshooting was unsuccessful. Contacted Best Buy customer care - chat. was switched to at least 5 different operators - no one had an answer. I was told to call. the Geek Squad number. We did. Not any assistance was available - the gentleman asked bare minimum of questions and stated “you need to bring it in to the store for examination” That was all he could offer. No examination available in store? Tried to order a replacement, to no avail. That was appa\rently the only one at that particular time/date. She was returned for full refund sadly. RE” BREAK DOWN OF FEEDBACK - RATING AS IF THE UNIT HAD NOT BEEN DEFECTIVE

Purchased this printer 9 months ago. Over half of the time I attempt to print, this printer requires using the Wi-Fi Wizard to completely reconnect to my home internet. Most of the time I use the printer, I run into issues and spent 10-20 minutes troubleshooting and restarting the printer and the device commanding the print job. Usually once it's connected, it will continue to work without error throughout the rest of the day. It eats through ink, but that's relatively standard for at-home printers in this price range with the size ink cartridges equipped. All that said, the print quality is at or above my expectations, but I would still recommend an HP printer with similar features. My last HP printer lasted 9 years with light usage.

Works fine but as usual, the ink winds up costing more than the printer. This is how they market printers. Sell near cost and make recurring $$$ with ink :-). Nevertheless, the printer and scanner have been working fine. No problems whatsoever. More importantly, no regrets

This printer "Epson Workforce Pro WF - 3820" Is the best printer I have ever had . After reading some reviews I was very hesitant about buying . But I had no problems setting it up . Didn't need the fax but can set that up if needed . Read directions first and watched a video on the net how to set it up . Very important you read instructions before opening the ink cartridges . Prints very well and fast enough for me .

I’ve always purchased Epson printers. I don’t know why, I may be a creative of habit. My last two were Epson and they both lasted for years before they stopped working. Maybe that’s why. I’m hoping this one will live up to the Epson name. My last one was 10 years old when it stopped working that’s the only reason I purchased this one. I’m happy with this one so far, it’s quite easy to use. It does everything I could want.

This product lives up to the description online and the comments of other users. It is sad, though, that it is sometimes less expensive to purchase a new Epson printer vs. buying a decent size, genuine Epson Ink multipak.
