The Workforce Pro WF 3820 all-in-one printer was a very good choice for me. It prints faster and sharper. The cord are bright too.

Easy set-up and network connection. Much quieter than my previous Epson printer.

I was able to set up most of it on my own. Did need help on setting up the fax portion. Will need help also setting up the scanner portion as I am not able to get it right w/the directions. It prints great, well made, good design. Patient customer service reps.

Nice print quality. One thing is that it can take a little while to warm up for the first page, and it was difficult to pair with my MacBook Air 2 via wiFi at first.

I needed a printer but had limited space for use. The Epson WorkForce Pro is perfect. I like it so much that my son bought one too and is extremely impressed with all the features.

It was very easy to set up. It prints great, communicates with my older computer well. It is also easy to communicates with mobile devices.

Works well in our home office. This was a good replacement for our older printer. It prints clearly in color and black and white quickly. The copy function works very well. We have not used the fax option because our phone line is not near the printer.

Easy to set up and easy to use. I find it easier to use directly connected to my computer than WIFI.

This Epson ink jet printer model is good quality and works as its spec’s. It’s perfect for small office. And its price is affordable. Thumb up!

Epson workforce wf-3820, prints iPads, Appel, and phoned, printers and scanner is fine.

Scanning software is difficult, disappointed with scanning process. I thought this machine would include 2 sided scanning, but it does only if you flip the pages manually and "sew" them together. Not what I wanted. But overall printer does a nice job,

ok so I was completely overwhelmed when I opened this out of the box . the instructions were so clear that Helen Keller could have put this together ! I followed the instructions to the T and downloaded what I needed to download also I connected the wifi to it and BAM , WE HAVE A WORKING PRINTER GUYS !!! IM SO HAPPY . Now I gotta figure out how to set up the fax machine function on it .

I would rate this printer higher on performance/quality of output, but the setup process ( software) was very cumbersome and I had to utilize the helpdesk to remedy the challenges. This should be a simple , step-by-step process without the need to be on the phone with the helpdesk. His instructions that enabled the successful installation of the drivers SHOULD be part of the written instructions that come with the unit.

Great value easy to install and excellent printing

My second Epson Office printer in 10 yrs or so. I do light printing, mostly in black, after 4 months I finally need to replace some cartridges. Every once in a while printer loses connection to Wi-Fi, but a power reset usually fixes that.

This printer has exceeded my expectations. The print quality is excellent as well as the print speed. The best features for me are the ability to print from my phone and the option for two-sided printing.

Good all around printer with many uses. Too bad ink is so dear.
