Only used it a few times since buying it. I like the FAX feature, since many printers/copiers/scanners do not have FAX capabilities anymore. The copies look clear, the machine isn’t very loud when copying. The touch screen feature is good, you can adjust the screen also. The one quirky thing that happened a few times, was that it kept telling me that there was no paper in the tray, when it did. I just adjusted the paper in the tray, fanned it etc.

Had this model for a month now. Printing docs works great. Today I tried the copy function and then the scan function. Bummer. Pressed copy about 10 times. Nothing. A couple more times and it finally copied the document. Then tried scanning it. Got either no response, or after 5th try, prompted to download scan program. Pushed that prompt. Asked me what printer but didn't list any. Then kept sending me to doc destination. Took 3 tries to input " computer" and not "cloud" or "wsd." Then kept sending me to maintenance and two other unrelated choices. Then a "send" prompt pops up on the side. Press that and it sends the image to the computer. I finish the scan and have no luck finding it in my pdf files. Do the whole thing over and select jpeg and destination "my downloads". I finally get success and locate the scans in "my downloads." I am ready to take this epson back. What a total pain. Read all of the reviews. Did I just get a bad one, or what?

Needed a simple printer for home use. Did a lot of research and found this to be a great choice. I have another Epson printer for my business, so this was a no brainer. Love the easy set up and the wireless connectivity is worth it.

Heads of printer will dry out withoutbcontinuous use of pritner. Epson says printer needs to be used weekly if notnused weekly hesd will dry out and you will have to use ink head cleaning program in the printer. By hsing this program it goes theough $100 worth of ink and epson says tour are SOL. Will not recommend Epson to anyone I know .

We replaced two ancient printers with this one and networked it to two computers. It's quick, and the multi-sheet feeder works well without jamming. It copies and scans well, too. What a time-saver when making multiple copies of multiple pages. No problems or issues with it after several months of use. Did a lot of research before buying this; it seemed to fit our needs well--and it does. Definitely recommended.

The quality of the prints and copies are good but there are constant connectivity issues. I would strongly recommend looking for another option in this price range.
