Good, but it's not perfect. Had to repeatedly load drivers after a short time of use. Nice print quality and speed is fine.

So far the printer is working as promised. I haven't tried to change the ink yet.

I'm always a little nervous to be the first to purchase an "off the line" item as this printer was released in September 2020. We've had this printer about a month and it has performed flawlessly. The WiFi connection was extremely easy to set up with our Mac computers via software download. Scanning, printing and copying are quick and clear. We're very pleased with our purchase! So far there are no issues.

This printer works great. It does everything I need as a designer who works from home. I print large qty brochures and artwork for work and this handles my needs perfectly. I've already printed some high volume jobs and the ink has barely been used. My one complaint is I could not get the printer to recognize my email settings for scan to print. That was OK though because I found a workaround by just scanning directly to my computer's hard drive.

Great printer and quality great easy to set up and use

Curbside was quick and easy, nice and polite guy loaded our package, Printer does a very good job, fast and easy to work screen selections, I had an Epson before I didn't not like it lots of problems so I was skeptic of this printer but to my surprise does a good job, and Ink is reasonably priced. It is a big printer, would prefer a little smaller but overall great.

Setup was friendly and easy, just plug and play. No issue printing from mobile. However, Surface pro doesn't have the driver.

I have been using HP printers for 20 plus years. Thought I would try Epson, and am very impressed with the ease of set up and all the functions work perfectly. The price was right also.

I would have given this item a (5) star due to the functions and compact size however this is the 2nd WF-3820 I have purchased in (2) years, with the most rece t purchas3 a month ago. The problem seems to be with the cartridge carriage. It stops moving to insert or remove cartridges. This happened on both printers so it seems like an issue that should be addressed and remedied. Other than this, it is an excellent printer. I recommend with knowledge of this issue!
