This is my second epson printer. It lasted bout 10-12 years. So I’m hoping this new updated version is as good. So far it’s working out good. This new one prints faster and also prints two sided. So far so good..

This is a great printer for those who need to print simple things at home. I got tired of going to the UPS store and standing on line to print and scan different things. Now I can do everything from the convenience of my home. Setting it up was easy. I use a Mac and I just synched it up with my home wifi then I was able to print and scan.

I have had some problems with the automatic feed of paper. Sometimes the paper does not go through straight. It is fast and the quality of the print is good.

I would have given this item a (5) star due to the functions and compact size however this is the 2nd WF-3820 I have purchased in (2) years, with the most rece t purchas3 a month ago. The problem seems to be with the cartridge carriage. It stops moving to insert or remove cartridges. This happened on both printers so it seems like an issue that should be addressed and remedied. Other than this, it is an excellent printer. I recommend with knowledge of this issue!

Good, but it's not perfect. Had to repeatedly load drivers after a short time of use. Nice print quality and speed is fine.

This was purchased for my business and it did a great job for me and in many way out performed the HP we had previously

This is a solid machine. Faster than the Brother we tried or the HP it replaced. Geek squad hooked it up to 2 computers in about 30 minutes. Copy’s two sided without a hassle . The print itself is surprisingly crisp and the images are greatly improved over the other printers we’ve owned.

Great quality printing easy set up no problems whatsoever

Nice printer; easy set up; fast, clean prints. However, it frequently forgets the wifi connection and has to be powered down to work.

It’s great for homeschooling and/or remote work, it has all what you need.

We have two printers I needed one to make copies of recipes I find and ones I adapt for my family. Did not need the most expensive just reliable.

Printer is amazing. Prints front and back of paper automatically. Looks beautiful and has already paid itself off in my case. Clients do love the finish that this printer gives. When I hand them a proposal and they feel the high grade paper and high grade inc finish. They know I’m not here to slack. Show them who you are with this high quality item.
