This one stops working. Keeps saying paper jam. WP 3540 was easy to use and reliable. This one is complicated and always stops working.

So I’m hoping this new updated version is as good. So far it’s working out good. This new one prints faster and also prints two sided. So far so good..

I haven't done heavy jobs yet, but when I'm on the go and wanted to print something quickly, I was able to print up to 5 sheets of paper under 30 seconds. The image quality is also very clear.

Did not read no ink cartridges

Upon changing the ink cartridges, it would not read the new ink and repeatedly asked to insert cassette correctly. It matched manufacturer ink numbers and fit perfectly, but would not work after that. Ecotanks are definitely the way to go now. No replacing cartridges, just open and refill with ink bottles.
