Very unhappy I had to pay this to just get assistance with the driver installation in a desktop that I also bought at best buy 4 years ago. Will have to call back again to have the geek squad to figure out why the desktop keeps dropping the printer. When I have a spare 2 hours....

Epson says printer needs to be used weekly if notnused weekly hesd will dry out and you will have to use ink head cleaning program in the printer. By hsing this program it goes theough $100 worth of ink and epson says tour are SOL. Will not recommend Epson to anyone I know .
