    I've had Epson printers for many years and this one is as efficient and easy to work as my others. Great product and good salesman support @ Best Buy

    Heads of printer will dry out withoutbcontinuous use of pritner. Epson says printer needs to be used weekly if notnused weekly hesd will dry out and you will have to use ink head cleaning program in the printer. By hsing this program it goes theough $100 worth of ink and epson says tour are SOL. Will not recommend Epson to anyone I know .

    This is a very nice printer and delivers the print quality I wanted. It prints quietly and fast. I like it. What I don’t know yet is if it will be a ‘pig’ on ink usage. I am hoping it will be ink-friendly because the cost of new cartridges is expensive.

    Printing and copying were easy to enable. After an hour I gave up on the scanner. Haven't been back to it yet.

    This inkjet multifunction printer does everything wonderfully! It has the ADF that scans both sides of legal documents too. Very easy to setup and print from mobile devices as well.

    I really like this printer. I am a teacher and it prints a lot and fast. The only reason I didn’t give it a 5/5 is because how expensive the ink is.

    My Epson WF-3820 was affordable and a breeze to set up. It prints high quality images, and it is fast. My last Epson printer lasted me 10 years. I have high hopes for my new one as well.

    So far its been good. Printing is clear. Inks a little hard to find. Need to get the XL cartridges. Prints from my phone. Fax works once we figured it out.

    Epson's are one of the most user friendly printers to setup. Scan software is intuitive to use. Inks are reasonably priced and easy to replace.
