I think overall it is pretty good. It got an app and you can print your documents easily from your phone

I've heard great things about Epson printers so I finally decided to try one. I'm thoroughly impressed with the quality of the printer, the print and scanning speed. Well worth the expense!

I wouldve given this product 5 stars but Im having issues.with it staying connectednto my wifi. So to use it Im having to do everything with the wifi direct option. Once I figure the issue im sure i can rewrite this review cause im.happy with the product so far besides the wifi issue.

I have used Epson for years and I find this model is just as good as the more expensive I had before, it has the latest software and it Prints/Scans and even faxes if needed and for the price, you can't go wrong!

Works great, we use the 2-sided print a lot and print on card stock in many different sizes. We are delighted in the fast delivery also.

So far it is excellent! Very fast with great print quality. Have not tried printing from I Phone or anything yet though. It is heavier than the HP Desk-jet I returned and is sturdier, so believe it will also last longer like my old printer.

Best printer EVER! We have been using this printer for 3 weeks now and it hasn't disappointed. Used for work and home use - both adults and kids. It's fast and efficient printing keeps up with the printing demands of this hectic household.

I have had this printer for a little under 2 years. At first it was great! No issues.. but as time goes on, every single time i try to print something, i have to sit and reconnect to the wifi. Sometimes that doesnt work, so i have to specify connect to my phone, and print my document from my phone. I keep getting system error with updates.. It is starting to become frustrating.

The Epson is easy the setup with Wi-Fi Thought printer would have a stronger frame so handle with car. It can print from your computer or phone from anywhere. Ink replacement cartridges are expensive! And, will not work with aftermarket refills. Great for small jobs I have at home. I will return to HP printers.

Great printer. This is my 3rd printer in 1 1/2 yrs., that works. The other 2 were HPs and only lasted 6 months. I purchased them for the free ink for 6 months. Once that was up and I purchased the ink from a store. The printer would not work. So, I purchased this Epson and I have had no problems.

Since the whole COVID-19, I have worked from home. I needed to update my printer. The Epson workforce pro WF 3820 is an all in one printer and just amazing. The clarity on the prints are outstanding. I am very pleased with this product.

This printer overall is a decent one…however… when I bought this in the store (Los Feliz), I specifically asked the customer service representative if this printer has the ability to scan double sided pages.. he was nice enough to look up the product and its properties, and his results were that indeed it did scan double-sided pages. I was really happy to have found the printer/scanner that I needed to be able to do some work from home. The next evening after I set it up and tried to scan a double-sided paper, I could not find the option in the drop-down menu of the scanner! I searched and I searched, tried going on advanced options and the only way it was going to let me do what I needed to do, was to scan one side of true page, take it out and scan the other side.. If I had a stack of documents that needed scanning this works be a terrible chore! I was really disappointed and didn’t have the energy to pack it up, drive it back to Los feliz store and argue about how this thing was misleading.. if the rep would have told me this, I would have never bought it.. and to top it off it’s pretty loud on the start up and shutdown.
