    Great printer and the easiest printer we’ve had to setup with WiFi and our computer systems. Much easier the our past HP products. We’ll certainly be purchasing additional “Epson” products in the future.

    Took me a while to decide on which new printer to buy to replace my ancient Epson. I needed an ADF and color and as far as I could see there are no 5 star rated printers out there. I took a chance on the Epson WorkForce Pro WF-3820 as it seemed to check the most boxes for me. Unlike other reviewers, I have not had any issues with the ADF jamming or misaligning the scans. So far a month in and no complaints.

    Good printer but a little hard to setup. Scanning function is a bit confusing. I ended up just setting up the cloud function to send my scan a to. Everything else seems good. We’ve had it for about a month.

    Awesome touch screen, speed, and quality. Paper tray is delicate and take a bunch of manipulating to get it to fit your paper size. Plastic seems a bit thin on the paper tray so breakage might occur.

    The issues with this printer are the firmware updates which lock the printer to using only Epson’s very expensive ink. NEVER update the firmware!!! It’s print, scan, copy quality are very good. Its autodoc feeder is okay (pulls too many pages sometimes).

      Hello eagleye, the Epson WorkForce Pro WF-3820 is designed to use only genuine Epson-brand ink cartridges. Other brands of ink cartridges, and ink supplies, are not compatible, and even if described as compatible, may not function properly. Epson provides information about the design of the printer on the box, as well as many other locations, including materials shipped with the printer.     For the money it is a very good deal. It was easy to set up. It has an automatic copy feed, does WIFI fax, scan and printing. It does not do 11x17 paper which I did want.
