    The first printer I purchased was defective. The paper drawer had been damaged. I took it back the next day and they replaced it. I love the EPSON WorkForce Pro WF-3820.

    More function but a little slower connecting to Wi-Fi and printing than my previous using printer. The HP. Unable to use third part ink is another concern. The ink seem to be running out faster than expected.

    My old printer was just about in its death throes and I needed one to replace it quickly. This printer is one which has made me extremely satisfied. Not to mention the excellent service and help in choosing what I needed. Very happy indeed. It's fast and accurate. As well as easy to deal with.
