There is a mini DVD disk included that walks you through the setup. The hardest part is finding and removing all of the blue packing tape...this all-in-one is wrapped tight! I have had it for a couple of weeks and I am more than satisfied. The bluetooth works so I can print directly from my ipad. Overall, it is a solid desktop machine and a bargain at the price.

I put in New ink - NEW and it said the same thing. I put in another set of Printer cartridges - NEW. Same message came up and nothing on the printer moved or would move. I spent $80.00 on new cartridges and they didnt work on this Printer. Yes, they were the correct ones. It Sucks!!

I will never purchase another Epson Printer

Since day 1 it constantly has paper jams. Every time I try to print something it makes this terrible grinding sound, then says it has a paper jam. It also says the paper tray is empty when it is half full. I called the warranty phone number. After an 1.5 hours on the phone with them we were able to get the printer to work for about 10 minutes before they same cycle started all over. NEVER AGAIN!
