    Setting up the 3820 took about 45 minutes. There is a mini DVD disk included that walks you through the setup. The hardest part is finding and removing all of the blue packing tape...this all-in-one is wrapped tight! I have had it for a couple of weeks and I am more than satisfied. The bluetooth works so I can print directly from my ipad. Overall, it is a solid desktop machine and a bargain at the price.

    It took me forever to find a reliable printer for my home office, my only complaint is how expensive the OEM ink is and I am opting for refillable ink cartridges for this model.

    This printer is ok. I would have given 5 stars, but from day 1, the top feeder hasn’t worked for me. I’m hoping to figure out why when I have time to check it out. I purchased it in February or January.

    It works well so far, but it can take a long time to print. Once, after 5 mins of preparing to print, I canceled the print job and then hit reprint. At that point it printed right away. But sometimes it prints within 30 seconds.
