It pulls a bundle of papers together and sometimes it doesn’t pull the paper from tray.

I even printed a few pictures on it and was pleasantly surprised with the turnout. A good product for reasonable price.

The only complaint I have is I very much would like to have a printer manual. I miss being able to look up any questions I have about how to operate it. I am a 90 yr old woman and find that is very important to me.

Very disappointed

It never stayed connected to wifi and we had to plug in to print, which I was willing to live with. The ink is expensive and you do not have the capability to print when one of the colors or black is out -- they ALL need to be replaced. Most recently, just under 2 years after purchasing and using lightly-regularly, the feeder mechanism is spitting out 5-10 pages at a time, with the print scattered over multiple pages. It is starting to jam. My parents have the same printer and took it apart to find a broken piece inside that cannot be replaced. I am SO disappointed as this was not a cheap printer for a home office. Likely will not buy another Epson.

For the price that I paid, $199.00 a year ago, here's what I found out. the paper tray catches a lot and lately has been double feeding. The scanner only scans one page, not double sided from either the glass or feeder tray. The printer does 1>2 copies, not 2>2. I would have expected these features to be available for a "Work Force Pro" title in the model. Very misleading packaging and information. I will stick with HP printers. This was a waste of time and money for me.
