Recent purchase, so have not tried all features. Set up was easy and both windows 10 and 11 computers along with iPhones/pads recognized it without needing any software. Print quality is good and fast although I would like a draft quality option to save ink, perhaps that is in the software I did not install. Have not used scanner yet so can’t rate it.

I want to be clear, I haven’t used it too much so this review is an early review of this product. Print quality is great so far. Fairly easy setup. My one complaint is the internet connection. I’ve tried 5-6 times to set up the WiFi and I will not connect to any device. I needed to scan a document to then file it with a website. Could not get it to connect. Had to use a usb drive to transfer it to my pc and then upload it. Also the terminology printed on the screen when trying to save the doc to the usb was a bit confusing but once I got it, I was fine. I’d still recommend it to someone looking for a good but inexpensive printer.

Very pleased with WorkForce Pro WF-3820. By following the directions closely, it was very easy to install. Has worked perfectly since installation about a month ago. Have had very good experiences with Epson printers. This is my third one. Previous workforce printer lasted 9 years without incident. I connect wirelessly and use IMACs.

It is my dream printer. I do use a lot to printing my music sheet and teaching material worksheets. Also, I scan my lessons with color to my computer for online teaching use. Very good quality, love it so much.

Excellent price. Fairly easy setup. Very fast. Only short fall is no auto wakeup feature so you have to remember to turn it on when you send a print job. Makes remote printing clumsy.

Our first Epson printer. Very pleased with the print quality. Easy to set up. Wife uses Epson to print out Recipes. She is very happy with the printer. This printer just happened to be on sale at our local Best Buy. They had it in stock, no waiting days. Sales person even took our purchase up to the register. Great customer service. So far no problems with this printer. I would recommend.

    Excellent printer but expensive ink

Handles everything you can throw at it! Excellent in home, education, and even enterprise environments. The wide range of connectivity options is unparalleled, and so is the ease of use and intuitive interface. You’re able to get it set up and running within 15 minutes, and you’re guided through every step. The print speed rivals more expensive printers, while the build quality and appearance give it the look and feel of higher-end MFDs. Print quality is what one might expect, and produces high-quality outputs that are good enough for almost everything. The only downside to this printer is that the ink cartridges run out rather quickly, and they’re not cheap to replace by any stretch of the imagination. You have to use genuine OEM Epson cartridges, which are at a much higher price point than generic cartridges.

This is a great product; prints fast and quiet with good quality. The only problem I have is connecting it to the hotel WiFi. The hotel IT department assigned an ip address to the printer. I worked diligently with Epson, the hotel IT department and Apple (connecting to a MAC laptop). No one was able to get the printer to work wirelessly.

Purchased another Epson Workforce Pro as my precious one gave me a solid 12 years use, and was consistently a reliable & dependable basic printer with scanning and fax functions. The new one was extremely easy to set up and connected easily to my wireless network. Black and color printing quality great, features easy to use. Great value, very pleased with this printer!!

Works really well. Printer doesn't seems to use as much ink when maintaining the jets as my 4730 model. Clean print drying fast. Print speed is quick enough that 12 steps upstairs the colored spreadsheet is complete. Paper feed has yet to take two sheets for single page printing. Could be early roller quality. Cleaning maintenance would be nice to have with printer in box Haven't checked online manual. Some old school people want a little booklet. I know, i know, trees! I do care. I buy paper recycled.

Great printer for the price. Does what I want/need (automatic double-sided printing), color, fast, great copies, ink seems to last long time. Printed numerous B/W pictures from yearbook for reunion and still printing.

The ordering and pick up process for this new Epson printer couldn’t have been easier. The Best But website is extremely easy to navigate and the In-Store pickup process worked the way you would with a short wait in line based on competent people working behind the counter. Would recommend using this process to anyone.

This was so easy to set up! The previous printer that I purchased (not an Epson) was an absolute nightmare to connect to my Wi-Fi. (It was even a challenge with MUCH help from my tech savvy adult son.) With this one, I was printing within an hour and that was including unboxing and then installing all the drivers, software, etc to my computer. Since my laptop was already connected to my Wi-Fi, it connected the printer without even having to enter the password. I downloaded the Epson iPrint app to my phone so I can print from that also. The quality and the printing speed have both exceeded my expectations so far. Plus I got a great deal on the printer when purchased in conjunction with a tablet that will be a Christmas gift for a family member. Have not tried the copy or scanning features yet, but so far I am SO HAPPY with this purchase!!
