Clear copies, fast printing, even in color. Scan feature is not so good. Very slow scanner, and will NOT automatically scan both sides of a document. Very cumbersome to scan both sides manually, and arrange into a pdf document. Would not recommend the WF-3820 if you use the scan feature frequently.

Paper continuously jams after 9 months

Then at 9 months, all paper jams. Won't even print a single page without it jamming. Will be returning as I have a warrantee.

The only problem I have is that you can only use Epson ink with this printer. i really like the wireless functionality since my office is in my basement.
