    I am very pleased with my new printer. The only complaint I have is I very much would like to have a printer manual. I miss being able to look up any questions I have about how to operate it. I am a 90 yr old woman and find that is very important to me.

    I have been using Epson printers for many years and this is the first time I have one that is really giving me trouble with the paper feed. It pulls a bundle of papers together and sometimes it doesn’t pull the paper from tray.

    This all in one printer, Epson 3820, for the price works well. I am a little concerned about the ink consumption in the three weeks, since I started to use. Compared to an earlier model workforce it seems to use more ink. it functions as described.
