Some issues i have found is that the ink cartridges don't last as long as my old printer but that could be contributed to the smaller tank design. The cost of the old / new cartridges is the same so that is annoying. The other issue i found is that the scanner autofeed gets jammed very easily and you almost need to babysit the sheets as they go in.

For the price that I paid, $199.00 a year ago, here's what I found out. the paper tray catches a lot and lately has been double feeding. The scanner only scans one page, not double sided from either the glass or feeder tray. The printer does 1>2 copies, not 2>2. I would have expected these features to be available for a "Work Force Pro" title in the model. Very misleading packaging and information. I will stick with HP printers. This was a waste of time and money for me.

My only issue is I am not able to figure out how to set up the scanning option. I continue to get a message when I try to scan a document. Other than that, it works like a charm.
