    My old printer from Best Buy years ago died. Had to get this one in a hurry. Great in store help with questions. Then with two phone call help from home. Top drawer service!!

    Always trying to update the software. After software update, the ink cartridge's fail to be recognized. Seems Epson will only allow their ink cartridge's to be used. The ink cartridges cost almost as much as the printer. Less than a year old and finally failed, even with new ink cartridges.

    This printer is just ok. Every day I have to shut it off and restart it to wirelessly connect. I have uninstalled and reinstalled with no luck. It's also very slow to print from my computer.
