Paper continuously jams after 9 months

Then at 9 months, all paper jams. Won't even print a single page without it jamming. Will be returning as I have a warrantee.

I had an Epson WorkForce 3620 for several years that quit printing, probably due, at least in part, to using cheap ink. So far I have been very pleased with Epsons.

No matter what you do, when you have several pages, it will print on both sides, which I do not want it to. YouTube Videos say the issue is within the MAC, and you must enter the terminal. "DANGEROUS" called MAC support. They could not help, and neither could EPSON. BA! Frustrating
