Extremely Satisfied
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This was so easy to set up! The previous printer that I purchased (not an Epson) was an absolute nightmare to connect to my Wi-Fi. (It was even a challenge with MUCH help from my tech savvy adult son.) With this one, I was printing within an hour and that was including unboxing and then installing all the drivers, software, etc to my computer. Since my laptop was already connected to my Wi-Fi, it connected the printer without even having to enter the password. I downloaded the Epson iPrint app to my phone so I can print from that also. The quality and the printing speed have both exceeded my expectations so far. Plus I got a great deal on the printer when purchased in conjunction with a tablet that will be a Christmas gift for a family member. Have not tried the copy or scanning features yet, but so far I am SO HAPPY with this purchase!!

Downgrade but still a hard worker
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Used to have the WF-640 which has two trays, but this is still pretty good. Only one paper tray, but it seems to do the job. Print quality is good, but the ink is slightly pricier than I expected. Good scanning quality.

Printer works well!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Geek Squad helped install the replacement printer from Epson. So far, so good. I like the printing quality, and it is easy to use. The paper tray could be designed better as it is difficult to know it is in place for the letter style paper.

Great printer
||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is my first Epson printer. I always used HP. After the last few months with this one. I will always use Epson. I love the app. It works so good. I love printing things from work. When I get home they are waiting for me. The printer is easy to use. Way wiser to set up then the HP. The price is also just right.

||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. All functions work very well with good quality printing and scanning. Very straight forward set up and ease of operation. Perfect for a low output home office. Print speed is slower than previous laser printer but this inkjet works very well for my needs.

Replaced a WF-4820
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this printer to replace the Epson Workforce WF-4820 that had a bad top document feeder. The 4820 worked great except for the feeder. Since I had the $34 replacement warranty, I figured I'd try the 3820 which just had a smaller screen, spec'd out a little slower than the 4820, and was $30 cheaper. The small screen is fine, and I am noticing no difference in speed, which is very fast compared to my old HP Officejet. Both machines perform well. They have good speed, text and photo printouts are good to excellent, and they are easy to set up and use. I bought the replacement warranty on this one as well since Consumer Reports rates Epsons very low on reliability. Only time will tell if this unit stays healthy, unlike its predecessor.

A great value printer/copier/scanner
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Quick and easy home setup. I mostly use via the USB cable. Printer has wireless capabilities, and I have also connect wirelessly using the HP software, but be aware that you will need the local internet password ready to connect wirelessly. For most home user, it is likely easiest to connect via USB. Works well for scanning and copying as well. A great value!
