Our old printer stopped working probably due to outdated drivers that would not update. My wife and I decided to purchase a new printer and have so far been impressed with this product. It does much more than we need and we look forward to pushing its use for work and other side projects.

My old printer was very bad, I'm glad I bought this one. It's very useful and the wifi feature is very good.

Good job on install and set up by our technicians. What happened to the TV install?

Worked well until it didn't. It insisted on new Epson cartridges after having used off market for some time. Ok fine. But now it refuses to recognize the black Epson cartridge. Spent 20 minutes troubleshooting. Also had problems with it connecting on the network.

We love this printer. We replaced our awful HP printer with this one. We had a little difficulty getting it to connect to our desktop, but once we got that figured out, it works like a charm. We love how quiet it is and the print quality is outstanding. If we could recommend one improvement it would be that the touch screen needs to be larger. The screen is too small. We don't need the fax capability. We will use the print and copy features the most. We are very pleased with this unit.

Great so far! Like the fact that you don't have to join an auto ink program. We don't print enough for the cost of the program.

Excellent printer and the 2-sided printing works very well, thus saving paper. It is also compact without taking up a lot of rear paper feed room, as the paper is in a slide tray with access from the front.

One star is too much for my experience with this printer. For the first 3 weeks it work okay; not excellent but it did the job. Then is started freezing very often. On every ocassion I had to reboot, sometimes disconnect from power then reconnect. Now the printer would not even turn on. and it hasn't even been 5 months since I invested in this printer. I contacted best buy about the manufacturers warranty, and the person that intended me told be it is my responsibility to contact the manufacturer if I don't have best buy protection plan. I contacted the manufacturer already twice and they have not responded to me. I assume I have wasted my money and time for nothing. the manufacturer isn't helping and the retailer is not helping either. I would not recommend anyone to buy this printer. maybe just try another brand.

Have not had it long now, but so far meets my needs and expectations.

I LOVE this printer !! Can’t say enough!! EVERY function works exactly as it’s supposed to ! For home use it is PERFECT !!! Highly recommend it !!!

Good value for the price. I use it in our camper van for business use. The only draw back is that it goes through ink like water over a dam.

Good printer overall. Have to tweak some settings for better print quality

I share this printer with a housemate and it prints perfectly. The ink tanks seem to have a longer life than my old printer. Only issue is the screen will sometimes turn on randomly in the night lighting up my room, but i resolved this by placing an index card over the screen.

It’s simple to set up and easy to use. Wireless is great. Print is clear . I would definitely recommend this product to friends and family.

Have been working with the online geek squad. We finally got it set up and operating properly. Already out of black inks only been one month.

Everything I was looking for for a printer and scanner all in one. wifi works great as well so i can just print things from my phone or tablet without getting on the computer.
