It’s a decent machine but uses black ink mare than some other machines in this price range. I would give a 4 for quality but the ink usage is worth considering.

Great printer, scanner, and fax combo. Replaced a broken Brother that worked well also for ma y years.

This printer prints alright, but that's about where things stop. If I try to use the automatic document feeder on the top to scan anything, it jams 100% of the time, so if you've got a lengthy document you're trying to scan, you have to do it one page at a time on the glass scanner. Additionally, this printer will not stay connected to WiFi no matter how close it is to the router. If you try to reconnect to WiFi using the touch screen, you get an error, and the only solution is to unplug it (not even turn it off and back on again, but unplug it entirely) and then boot it up again. This process takes several minutes. We have to do this every time we want to print something as it only stays connected to WiFi for a short while. Finally, the Epson software is dated and clunky. The settings aren't intuitive at all. Overall we do not recommend this as a printer, which is a shame, because it's the third one we've tried in just over a year.

Ink clogging constantly is a pain. Just needed a printer to work without issues.... and this one has had them! We've updated the printer and it still sporadically connects to WIFI. Very upset with the performance.. will be hitting the dumpster on fire out back in the coming week.... If you're looking to purchase this printer, DONT!

Need new all in one with land line fax. Was a great price too. What was advertised works great.

It’s a decent printer but does take quite a bit of ink and sometimes picks up more paper than it should and jams. For the price and functionality, it’s decent.

Excellent printer for my needs. I use this printer to make buttons and the colors are vibrant.

it was pretty easy too set up the wire less set up pretty easy. it works real easy

The printer worked ok but I didnt really like it. Bought it because it was on sale, not suited for my needs.

Very impressive printer. The software is outstanding. If the printer is connected using the Eithernet option, the software actually installs itself on other network-attached computers.

I am pleased with the printer, but have only been using it a short while . I shall be able to give a better review after longer use.

Excellent printer, I also have an old Epson. Only reason it didn't get 5 stars was because there were some difficulties in the set up.

Really like how this printer is bluetooth. Definetly worth the money and its for a great price. Perfect for a student and for home!

So far so good. It was kinda of a pain to set up everything since I had to find the download. But overall it was a geed deal and its printing fine

Best printer ive ever owned. Love that jt doesnt waste ink. Works so well for my small at home building.

Unfortunately, I was only able to use my printer for about a week or so before I received an error message that I was not able to fix. It is great when it is operating. My printer is down until I can get an in-home Geek Squad appointment, which seems to be impossible to get. Thank you.

Epson drivers come a long imo. Working flawless comparing to 5 yrs ago. Great printer for home used.

Does everything I need it to do. Hooked up to Wi-Fi instantly. Looks very professional. Has a nice screen that shows just about everything.

terrible tech support. Only emails available, no chats. instructions were limited.
