I had issues with the Epson Workforce Pro WF 3820 from the beginning. The setup took about 20 minutes due to problems with the computer recognizing the printer. I was disappointed with the ink usage. The printer would not print when one ink cartridge was depleted, so I bought ink every two weeks to keep the printer running.

Couldn’t beat the sales price. Has 4 ink cartridges so saves on ink. Replaced a 14 year old product by another company. Works well.

This printer is okay...when it connects. Every time I need to print I have to manually connect it to the wireless network. it's siting 5 feet from the router and won't connect. When it does connect, it takes approximately 15 minutes for the connection to take and the thing to print. Do not buy unless you want to be frustrated by simple tasks.

I liked the printer, but it would not stay connected to my wifi. I spent hours troubleshooting on my own, working with Geek Squad, and on the phone with Epson customer service and still could not get the issue resolved. I returned the printer.

I thought this printer was wonderful when i got it - a breeze to aet up, worked easily printing from phones and computers and then about 2 months in it just stopped working. I am getting an error 000047 and baaic troubleshooting wont resolve it. Ive put in a ticket with Epson and a week has gone by with no response. Terrible quality and customer service from Epson.
