No help with customer service. I should have bought a printer only or saved more money and bought a quality HP scanner

It would spit out all the paper that was in the tray. After talking with the geek squad I returned the printer for a new one. The new one did the same thing. I did some research on the epson sight and found similar complaints. I tried thicker paper and finally was able to print correctly. Very frustrating!!
