It’s an okay printer. Had a hard time setting up. Issues with the software had me having to delete it and reinstall. And the printer keeps picking up more than one paper when printing. For the price I expected better.

There was a good choice of printers on-line. It was easy to order the printer I wanted. It arrived approx. a day later than planned; but, due to the weather and holiday season, any delay was expected and understood.

I liked the printer, but it would not stay connected to my wifi. I spent hours troubleshooting on my own, working with Geek Squad, and on the phone with Epson customer service and still could not get the issue resolved. I returned the printer.

I had problems with this printer. It would spit out all the paper that was in the tray. After talking with the geek squad I returned the printer for a new one. The new one did the same thing. I did some research on the epson sight and found similar complaints. I tried thicker paper and finally was able to print correctly. Very frustrating!!

This printer is okay...when it connects. Every time I need to print I have to manually connect it to the wireless network. it's siting 5 feet from the router and won't connect. When it does connect, it takes approximately 15 minutes for the connection to take and the thing to print. Do not buy unless you want to be frustrated by simple tasks.
