Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'm giving this 2 stars, those 2 are for appearances, the unit is lightweight, sleek & attractive but it does not work properly. Lord knows I tried to work with it. When I send a job to the printer from my computer it hesitates as if it has to think about it. Then it decides it will keep on printing the same job over and over with blank pages in between. Now it has taken to printing half a page or just a heading and stops then 5 minutes later it gives you same page again half done. I tried customizing page output, turning it off and on and it just does what it wants, not what I want. Totally frustrated & now I find out my time is up for returns. I'll call tommorrow and see what can be done.

I work remotely and have used a few printers over the years but this trash is slow, then even slower and then doesn't work. I tried to keep it up to date but that's as useless as the printer itself. Id rather use an etch a sketch than this thing. Don't buy anything Epson
