Lord knows I tried to work with it. When I send a job to the printer from my computer it hesitates as if it has to think about it. Then it decides it will keep on printing the same job over and over with blank pages in between. Now it has taken to printing half a page or just a heading and stops then 5 minutes later it gives you same page again half done. I tried customizing page output, turning it off and on and it just does what it wants, not what I want. Totally frustrated & now I find out my time is up for returns. I'll call tommorrow and see what can be done.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The auto-feeding scanner is very prone to jamming, especially if you're trying to scan a stack of papers that was previously stapled together (obviously staples removed prior to scanning). To remedy this, I flipped the stack and scanned it upside-down (the un-stapled side), then flipped it right-side up using its built-in editing tool. But it's still a hassle to do. I will be looking for a new all-in-one printer and returning this to Best Buy within the return window. My previous all-in-one was an HP OfficeJet 6600 (lasted exactly 10 years before the printer head malfunctioned) so I might stick with HP.
