    I thought this printer was wonderful when i got it - a breeze to aet up, worked easily printing from phones and computers and then about 2 months in it just stopped working. I am getting an error 000047 and baaic troubleshooting wont resolve it. Ive put in a ticket with Epson and a week has gone by with no response. Terrible quality and customer service from Epson.

    No issues so far. The price of ink is much cheaper then most around a similar price making this one a no brainer.

    It's fine for minimal work. It is very slow. Has a lot of updates that pop up. The ink that comes with it doesnt last very long and was cheaper through other places instead of Epson.

    I had issues with the Epson Workforce Pro WF 3820 from the beginning. The setup took about 20 minutes due to problems with the computer recognizing the printer. I was disappointed with the ink usage. The printer would not print when one ink cartridge was depleted, so I bought ink every two weeks to keep the printer running.

    I'm giving this 2 stars, those 2 are for appearances, the unit is lightweight, sleek & attractive but it does not work properly. Lord knows I tried to work with it. When I send a job to the printer from my computer it hesitates as if it has to think about it. Then it decides it will keep on printing the same job over and over with blank pages in between. Now it has taken to printing half a page or just a heading and stops then 5 minutes later it gives you same page again half done. I tried customizing page output, turning it off and on and it just does what it wants, not what I want. Totally frustrated & now I find out my time is up for returns. I'll call tommorrow and see what can be done.

    This has a 1 star rating only because this site forced me to give it at least one star. I would give it zero. This printer has been problematic from the start. Every few months it stops recognizing my Xfinity Modem. This last time I called they claimed it was an Xfinity problem and said they need to enable DHCP on the router - which has never been enabled on the route since I've had it so Epson clearly changed something in their update to cause the issue. Just like they did when set it up so that you are forced to use only Epson ink.

    Scanner jams a lot!

    The auto-feeding scanner is very prone to jamming, especially if you're trying to scan a stack of papers that was previously stapled together (obviously staples removed prior to scanning). To remedy this, I flipped the stack and scanned it upside-down (the un-stapled side), then flipped it right-side up using its built-in editing tool. But it's still a hassle to do. I will be looking for a new all-in-one printer and returning this to Best Buy within the return window. My previous all-in-one was an HP OfficeJet 6600 (lasted exactly 10 years before the printer head malfunctioned) so I might stick with HP.

    It was ok but wish I had gotten another machine. The print quality wasn’t that great, and it jammed the paper often. However I open it after the return policy period.
