Paper jams and error messages from when I first purchased it - had an emergency and could not return it w/I 30 days. Epson support is awful - the replacement they sent is a boat anchor and does not work at all and I can get no further help from them though it is under warranty.

I vividly remember having a mental breakdown just trying to put the ink cartridges in. Once I finally figured it out, I could not get the printer to connect to anything, including my home wifi. I finally had it set up so that it was plugged into my computer, and any other device would have to join ITS “Wifi” network to print. Flash forward a year later and I CANNOT figure out how to replace the ink cartridges. Honestly just wish I wouldn’t have bought this printer.
