Horrible. Had feeder issue grabbing paper or envelopes since day one. It printed envelopes very slow like it took forever to print just one. Printer is to smart for its own good every time you open tray it asks if you changed paper etc and to confirm it. The settings never matched up with the computer.

Bought this for Scan-to-Email. The setup for this is the most difficult imaginable. Authentication errors. Awful. Manual is not helpful. The onboard screen menu is guaranteed to frustrate anyone. I have used scan to email on all kinds of printers and this one is horrible.

The printer works well but getting it to communicate with the computer has been tough. Even after giving it a print command it takes 40 seconds before the printer responds. Epson customer service is very difficult to understand, however, they say the lag time is normal. My other printers don’t act like this

Not user friendly. Not intuitive like my old HP. Doesn’t do all the features I was hoping for. Have to connect to my phone manually every time I wanna print using my phone. Wish I could return it. Disappointed!

    Constantly Jams

This is about average for printing, it works fine. But the automatic feeder on top for scanning has constantly jammed from day one. It has been cleaned multiple times and checked for anything that could hang it up and there is nothing, but yet as soon as it starts to feed in it jams. And customer service is a joke. They don’t understand you or anything you’re telling them and give absolutely no help on how to maybe fix the issue or if the scanner is just defective. If I wouldn’t have missed on the return date, it would have been returned. Don’t waste your money.

    Unreliable

This is, by far, the least reliable printer I have ever owned. The number of times it prints correctly on the first try is probably around 20%. It often tells me I don't have paper loaded, when I do or that the paper tray is incorrectly inserted. Other times, there is a lag time between when I send the order to print and when it actually prints. This lag time can be minutes long.

Possible the worst printer i have ever seen.... Worked great for like a month. Then it was out of ink when i only had printed a handful of pages. Then started getting error codes about the ink cartridge's were not inserted correctly.. There is only on way for them to go... Then to be sure I bought a second set of cartridge's and still it only printers blank pages and it saying that it is using the ink... We have a lexmark printer that is about 7 years old that still prints perfectly...

Not worth it. Programmed for original ink only. Off brand stuff worked great until they updated the driver and I had to toss $50 of out brand ink. Will probably scrap it soon rather than pay almost $100 for ink that only lasts a month or two.

Very poor all in one. Printer itself stopped working after 7-8 months. Troubleshot all the errors and Epson just drug their feet until it was out of warranty. The scanner top feed needs to be babysat page by page so it doesn't jam or grab two pages at once. You can only scan about 8 pages at once at a time and they better all be perfectly crisp straight or it will jam. Overall - terrible product for the amount you spend on the printer and ink.

Printer stopped recognizing ink catridges in less than a year of owning. Epson support indiciated this was a hardware failure and the printer would need to be replaced. Epson support requires the customer to pay shipping costs to facilitate a replacement even though I was within the manufacturer warranty period. I had a Brother printer for over a decade before buying this one which had zero issues before it finally died. I will NEVER buy an Epson product again...will be going back to Brother.
