    Out of all of the printers i have ever had, I must say that this is by far the worst printer i have ever owned. It eats the ink up very quickly. The maintenance functions do not work like they should. my advice, get rid of it.

    It’s a garage. Don’t buy it! The printer keep saying paper doesn’t fit the computer setting. It’s won’t load the paper properly. Too much headache. Returned

    Do NOT buy this item. The print quality was bad. The scan quality was bad. And the document feeder was extremely limited in how it fed paper and how it feeds in…poorly.

    Ink too hard to put in and difficult to navigate app on my computer. Ordered ink (they sent the wrong color) purchased ink from store still won't configure to printer...has error reading that states wrong ink....ugh--super annoying! Returned!

    Hit a wrong button and changes language and then it would not go back so I could change it call Epson direct. They sent me. New one

    Bought in January printed off less than 20 sheets of paper. Ran out of ink. Also has been running error for update that I keep doing

    Great Printer with delicate paper tray

    Easy & Quick setup, it took about 20 minutes to setup. Had to remove a lot of security tapes to insert the ink cartridges. The ink took less than 4 minutes to fill. WiFi setup was simple, including the direct print option, my Android phone instantly recognized the printer. Copies and Print quality is great. Looks pretty much as the original for B/W prints. For color prints the blue tone was slightly off - but acceptable without the proper color calibration. Not too slow to scan and print both sides. Prints and scans quietly compared to other Multi Function machines. The tray paper guides extends from 5x7, to letter, to legal and also fits envelopes. Includes sleep timer and auto shut off functions. Has three Keyboard layouts available, and the LCD display has intensity control and also 3 backgrounds.

    Nothing works on this machine. I called Best Buy and also customer service on owners manual book but no one knew what is wrong with it.

    Won't Print Without Black Ink

    This printer won't print if you run out of black ink, even if it is a page with only color. I also tried taking out the black ink cartridge to see if I could bypass this restriction; it still wouldn't work.
