I haven't had this printer set up for very long, only a few hours. I use one at my work place, these are great printers they and get the job done. That said, this one is set up at my home and I am looking forward to a great experience with this model as well. My best advice in setting up the little guy is to follow the getting started instructions included upon opening your carton, therefore eliminating any errors during installation. I don't use the wifi feature with my phone, nor do I use it to transmit faxes. I simply wanted an excellent wired in printer for my home computer and so far after printing my first document, I am satisfied with the print quality using standard paper. Look forward to many years of service, thanks to Epson!

I am in love with this printer! I had an old HP sitting in my home office for years, and I didn't expect too much from this printer - but boy was I wrong! This printer is so nice, quiet, and has great features, like the ability for me to print documents and photos from my cellular device directly to the printer - EVEN WHEN I'M NOT AT HOME! It's amazing, and I look forward to purchasing more Epson products, but only from Best Buy!

    Replaced my WF-2820

I bought this after my WF-2820 stopped connecting to my home network making it impossible to print. It is about 1.5x bigger but it gets a paper tray and touchscreen display. It is not the quickest to print and using the paper tray is not great, but being able to hardwire it to my home network or print from my phone makes up for it.

The ordering and pick up process for this new Epson printer couldn’t have been easier. The Best But website is extremely easy to navigate and the In-Store pickup process worked the way you would with a short wait in line based on competent people working behind the counter. Would recommend using this process to anyone.

I have always trusted the Epson Brand; my first computer in the 1980s was an Epson Equity 1. It lasted forever, just like Epson Printers do. I purchased this printer to replace a similar one I had for over ten years. It was easy to set up and even easier to use than the previous one. I am guessing that this one will out last me.

Quick and easy home setup. I mostly use via the USB cable. Printer has wireless capabilities, and I have also connect wirelessly using the HP software, but be aware that you will need the local internet password ready to connect wirelessly. For most home user, it is likely easiest to connect via USB. Works well for scanning and copying as well. A great value!

The printer was fairly simple to set up and use. The set up wizard did most of the work. I am pretty tech savvy so I was not expecting any issues. Using the local network for printing from multiple devices was easy and pretty enjoyable. During set up, there were some drivers that needed to be downloaded for optimal use. The driver library had a convent layout.

This is the best printer I've ever owned (and I've owned quite a few). Excellent clarity, speed, ink use, scanning... everything about it is good. Also works as a copier and scanner, and can print on both sides. The only drawback is the way that the paper tray feeds makes it possible to push the paper too far into the printer (causing jamming), but if you're careful how you put the paper in, there are no problems. This is an excellent printer for the price, and I would highly recommend it.
