The paper draw is hard to take out and put back in place. Programing the scanner from default 200 to 600 was a pain. When it works it works great. The speed is good and print quality is equally as good.

Great update to our old epson printer

This replaced our old Epson all in one that we had since 2010. The WF-3920 was easy to install - loved that it came in a bag with handles to make is easy to remove from the box. I was able to set up the printer to our main computer, 3 cell phones and 2 lap tops as well as set up the fax. It has great apps as well for printing photos and projects.

Whenever I try to do an update, i have to turn it off and on and reconnect to the wifi. It's a bit annoying, but the print quality is very good.

Paper tray is delicate and take a bunch of manipulating to get it to fit your paper size. Plastic seems a bit thin on the paper tray so breakage might occur.

Great printer for small office or home work

Print quality is great. Fax and copying work very well. The only difficulty I had was shutting off a WiFi web page on the printer. Since you can only use WiFi or wired connection, and I am using wired, seemed like a security risk. But with a little online help, I was able to shut it off. FYI, any WiFi printing can be done through the router if the printer is wired to it.
