It is cheaply made but does the job for the price point. It is not as good at the WF3640, which is what I had before, but after 20 years it craped out and Epson no longer makes the model.

I’m very happy with the speed and the print. The fax works great! The only real negative I have about this printer is that it’s not compact enough. It takes up a little bit too much space

This printer is very reliable. It prints very fast. I haven't done heavy jobs yet, but when I'm on the go and wanted to print something quickly, I was able to print up to 5 sheets of paper under 30 seconds. The image quality is also very clear.

This is a solid machine. Faster than the Brother we tried or the HP it replaced. Geek squad hooked it up to 2 computers in about 30 minutes. Copy’s two sided without a hassle . The print itself is surprisingly crisp and the images are greatly improved over the other printers we’ve owned.

Worst printer ever. I had a 3540 and that worked great. This one stops working. Keeps saying paper jam. WP 3540 was easy to use and reliable. This one is complicated and always stops working.

This is a great printer for those who need to print simple things at home. I got tired of going to the UPS store and standing on line to print and scan different things. Now I can do everything from the convenience of my home. Setting it up was easy. I use a Mac and I just synched it up with my home wifi then I was able to print and scan.
