    This printer is okay...when it connects. Every time I need to print I have to manually connect it to the wireless network. it's siting 5 feet from the router and won't connect. When it does connect, it takes approximately 15 minutes for the connection to take and the thing to print. Do not buy unless you want to be frustrated by simple tasks.

    Printer works well but i specifically bougjt it because of the scanner however the scanner doesn’t work. No help with customer service. I should have bought a printer only or saved more money and bought a quality HP scanner

    This is the SECOND WF-3820 I purchased. I like it so much I bought one for our RV. Duplex printing and a large paper tray are great features for a printer at such a low cost.
