Excellent when it works
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Had it for only two months and the print is terrible. Some lines are very blurred and smudged. Tried all the print head cleaning options to no avail. Next step is to call Epson and get a replacement while it is still under warranty. When it printed properly it was excellent; same for FAX and copying. Rear paper feed works flawlessly. Unfortunately, about 40% of reviewers at Amazon had the same complaint.

Not good quality prints after a year
||Posted . Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We liked this printer a lot on the beginning for its great features, but after a while the quality of prins became pretty bad and usage of ink outrageous. You will buy and install new cartriges and three days later you printer will show that you need to replace it as "ink level is low". We are only using this printer for home and print not more that 1-5 pages a week. Very dissapointing. Do not recommend

Look for reviews about streaks/missing dots first
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was won over by the PrecisionCore marketing... best inkjet ever blah blah. Thought it was a good business level printer/scanner (with multi-feed) for the price, so I bought it. It printed fairly well in the beginning and the wifi feature was nice. However, I didn't use it for awhile and when I came back to it I encountered 2 problems. 1. I was unable to easily get it working without a wifi router involved. I don't know if that's a feature because it was basically impossible to figure via google and the manual. Maybe it isn't, but just be aware. (Seems like Wi-fi direct should be related to this, but it was just too murky to sort out after the fact... in the end I just plugged the dang thing in) 2. Impossible to remove streaks and/or missing dots. I've been through every maintenance mode on this thing and aligned vertically, horizontally... I even aligned to flux capacitor and did probably a dozen print head cleanings. It just sits there and mocks me. I found a YouTube video with the fix... it was a guy shooting his up with a shotgun. Sounds about right. Anyway, I guess what I'm trying to say is... I don't recommend this particular printer. I think I'm 16 months in so pretty sure it's out of warranty and I'm stuck with this huge paper weight. If you do decide to buy anyway, get the 2 year protection.

Don't buy this!!!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Don't buy this!!! We are on our second WF-4630 printer in just over 2 years. Works great at first then connectivity issues and hardware issues/ crashes. The first one died just a few months after we got it, they sent us a replacement and it died at just over a year old. So that means no help from Epson, and we are stuck getting a new printer.

DO Not Buy
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Unit last about one year and black ink has already failed. Cannot clean it and replaced ink several times. Ink heads block up all the time unless you print everyday. The fax works ok so does the copy and scan but what good is a printer that cannot print in black. Read that this is a common problem. So be smart and avoid this printer.

Disappointed with product
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this product because it was wireless. Salesman said it was easy to use - just plug and play which is what I needed as I am not computer smart. Took it home and it was far from plug and play. After trying for two days I contacted the local Best Buy. The rep attempted to help me but could not. Transferred me to the geek squad who said they could help me but there would be an additional charge. When I asked about the upgraded warrantee they sold me I was told the warrantee was only good if I brought the printer to them. So I paid their additional fees and a guy tried walking me through attempts to repair. I have no idea what was done to my computer or what affects it may or may not have on other programs. End result, it may or may not work when I need it. Only positive thing that came from this purchase is I am sure I will never shop at Best Buy again.

Not great
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have had this printer for awhile now and it constantly loses wifi connection thus I have to rsync it so I can print other projects. Lines through my prints on every page. It prints large projects fast but the quality sucks. Wasted money.

Issue with paper
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I like this printer but the papers come out in bulk or 4 at a time. I fan them out but it doesn't matter. It pulls them out and prints a little on several papers as it's printing. I purchased because of the reviews of the photos but they are only so so. My last printer did photos much better. Also I can't figure out how to do a fax receipt.

One worked, one didn't.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The first one would grab large amounts of paper when printing a page. The second one works ok.

2nd one in little over a year
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Only purchased this again because I found a great deal on ink and loaded up on it right before the unit went out 1 month after the warranty period of 1 year. I purchased the 2 year extended this time so at least I know I'll have it at least that long!
