Had 2 WF-3740's back to back that lasted over 8 years so happy with the brand and model line. First unit was returned due to the firmware update invalidating my non-Epson ink then not recognizing any ink. BB took it back no questions (I'm a Total Tech member) and got the current unit. Running fine on Epson ink. Miss not having 2 paper trays, but otherwise happy after the first full month of use.

The printer was well packaged, lots of tape to remove, and then pretty easy to set up but I could never get the paper drawer set up correctly. Several emails and telephone calls to Epson later (and long waits on their phone calls), they told me it was defective and had to be replaced. I ended up returning it to the store and they reordered it for me. I am waiting on the new one, which should arrive at the store today after a 2 week wait, and I will need someone go with me to the store to help me pick it up and then get it into the house. It is too large/heavier than expected when ordered ,and I can't handle it in the box alone. Would have picked something different at the store when I returned it, but there was no selection.

Printer is not heavily used but it has worked well. Geek Squad remote was a big help in getting a good connection.

I have always had good luck with Epson printer/scanners. That's why I bought this one. In general, it scans reasonably well, but the printing is terrible. I am running a Dell Desktop with Win11 and a wireless connection, and it is all that I can do to get the computer to talk to the printer. The connection is almost routinely lost, and it frequently takes me a great deal of time and restarts to restore it. Plus, unlike my earlier Epsons, there is only one paper tray, so if I want to print an envelope I need to reconfigure the paper tray. The pruchase was a mistake and I am at a loss for finding a decent printer/scanner.

This all in one printer is truly a Work Force piece of equipment, it was easy to set up and use. The only drawback I found that at times it goes into a sleep mode and if i send a print i have to physically wake the printer up for print job to go through. The color printing was brilliant and ink was cheap compared to HP ink.

Super easy to set up, took less than an hour start to finish. Prints well, love that I can print from phone!

Nice all in one for the price. Had a rough time figuring out the scanning to a cell phone, so I had to call customer service. The CSR walked me through it, but there were many steps and I doubt I’ll remember them all next time. I know everything is online now, but a small booklet with the basics would be a nice handy reference.

This is my first purchase of an Epson printer. I have always purchased Hewlett Packard (HP) printers which now appear to be having a problem with ink cartridges. The Epson printer has some nice features regarding set up, but the printer is made more fragile and operates noisier compared to HP. The print quality appears to to be comparable to HP, but the ink may last a little longer than the HP ink which would a good quality. The print tray arm is too short and does not lend room for many copies. It is also positioned right under the printer display screen which moves and makes it awkward to use. Loading the paper is also not as easy due to having to pull the complete tray out vs. sliding the paper right into the paper tray. Still assessing the features and quality of the Epson printer. As time goes on, I may like the printer a little better, but not sure yet.

This is my 2nd Epson, as my larger Epson office size s in storage for 6-9 months, I found I couldn't live without a printer after only 6 weeks! I purchased and Epson Work Force Pro WF-4820, and absolutely love it! I's the perfect size for me!!! I also purchased the Geek Squad warranty/service! Will donate my old one to someone who needs a great printer, (even though it's older) as soon as it comes out of storage! Thanks for the great price also!
