I've owned plenty of printers, all HP but when I couldn't find an available one I liked, I decided to give this Epson a try. So far no regrets. Easy to set up, the prints look great, and I love the wireless printing. In the meantime, I'm stuck with lots of HP ink I'll never be able to use.

Software updates with firmware did not cause any problems. The user manual is very detailed for the setup, operation and maintenance with over 250 pages in pdf format.

Second Time is a Charm!

Now Epson customer service sucks so i highly recommend getting the geek squad program with the printer. This is my second one. The first didnt work right from the beginning and gave out within 30 days. BUT this one has had no issue prints great pictures and quick documents. Prefect for my personal use.

This model was the only one available for in store pickup. For the price I paid It should have had a rear paper feed which is the feature I miss most. Also would be nice if it had two sided scanning. It also came with very simplistic scanning software. The higher level scanning software I used with my previous Epson WF Pro does not seem to be compatible with the new printer, even though I completely removed all old Epson software before installing the new printer.

It always cancels my prints if I try to print things back-to-back; I have to wait until the first thing finishes printing and then print the next one, which can be VERY time-consuming, especially if you are in a rush to get things done. Also, if you are not using a certain kind of paper, the colors are not as vibrant as I would like them to be.

Happy with my new Epson All In One Printer

It has worked well for me, and I find the print quality to be very good. I did have a little trouble with set up, but I believe that may be due to my computer being a few years old. In the end, I was able to get it done, and I am very satisfied with this printer.
