It prints well. When it goes to sleep, is unresponsive to multiple device print requests. Not sure at this point if is an Epson or Apple issue.

Great buy for the price.i would recommend this product for those who are on a budget but need a good printer.

Easy setup. Prints are good quality and speed is acceptable.

Needed a new printer, and found this one in stock at the store. Bought it, got home and had it up and running in an hour. Has done excellent printing and copying for my needs. Very happy with this printer.

Prints fast and clear quality. Ink could last alot longer as i dont print alot and it runs out fast .

Very high quality printing. The touch screen is the most responsive i have tried of all printers. Fast printer and good value for the money. You also don’t need the APP to print directly form your phone.

we have had several HP products, and lately been very disappointed. So, I took a chance on this Epson and am glad I did, it is so fast, and the copies are beautiful.

I just bought this Epson printer after always using an HP product. So far it's working great. I bought it because it prints on cardstock. I rated it a 4 star because it doesn't feel as sturdy as my old HP.

Great purchase! Many features for what I paid. I’m still learning it. Just what I need for a home office. Most definitely I will be scanning the pages and copying. I’ll save time and gas not having to go to Fedex office.

I heard praise for HP printers and decided to upgrade when I bought new Dell with Windows 11 OS. Well I had to reinstall the printer twice before my PC recognized it was connected. There is no user manual included. You must be online and go through trouble shooting if there is any issue. If I had to do it again, I would look for another manufacturer.

**THE 4820 DOES NOT DO DUPLEX SCANNING OR COPYING!** The specifications section indicates that this device performs duplex scanning; it does not! It also does NOT do duplex copying. It's a perfectly acceptable all-in-one, as long as duplex functions are not important to you. However, the Best Buy description and the user manual are misleading. NOTE: the online user manual is for*both* the 4820 *and* 4830 models...and it doesn't always specify to which model the directions pertain. I had specifically looked up the duplex capability in the manual before I purchased the device; it indicated that it could do it -- but it turns out that was only for the 4830 model. I hope this information helps anyone else trying to get an accurate understanding of this device's capabilities.

So far, no problems with the printer. Works well. The only problem I have is setting up the scanning. For me, it's confusing.

Mostly good. I bought it as a scanner with a printer function, not as a printer with a scanner function, The scanner works - but the functionality is tied to an app rather than being accessible through a web interface. Auto-feed scanning is a little fussy sometimes, but it can scan legal sized documents. Flat bed scanning works OK, but is limited to letter-sized documents. It's replacing a 16 year old HP Photosmart 2600.

Replaced a brother printer with this one. Very pleasing to the eye, and performs great. You can't go wrong with this printer. Smart panel printing app in the app store is what you need to print from phone.

WOW- slick and easy set up!!! Display screen I can actually see and read- Clear instructions- and ease of use...so far I am impressed

only had product a few weeks, works so far. Set up was easy put I used the USB and just plugged in the cable. Printer was on sale

For the price, I cant imagine anything better! Been using it now a little over a month. Copies are great and the scanning works very well. Its totally suitable for home and some business from home workload.

This is fantastic! It is so much quicker in the time it takes to print a document and the other features that I still need to explore, I'm sure they will be great also.
