    The quality and ease of this printer are fantastic. However, this is an ink guzzling maniac. The printer I replaced (same usage), could last 2-3 months on an ink cartridge. This printer wants me to replace the ink every 2 weeks. Do not buy this printer if you print a lot of documents. you'll go broke buying ink.

    Best Buy website says that this printer does duplex scanning. It does not. Printer had daily system error messages, even after a firmware update. Printing and scanning were hit or miss. Had to reboot daily to reconnect to internet. And it is loud. Ended up returning it due to all the issues.

    Features we like—size fits our need. Unhappy that connection to our home network WiFi does not consistantly happen. Disappointed we have had to reboot printer multiple times for print job to happen.
