Decided I wanted a new one, but want to see products in person. The young man who helped me was polite, well-informed, and professional. I am very satisfied with my new printer.

Hard to set up & can only use Epson ink cartridges, something they don't tell you up front. Crappy Epson ink cartridges are the reason I had to get a new printer & throw away $100 worth of brand new ones that I thought would work in the new one. WiFi is sketchy & unit won't take recommended setup like they say. Very aggravating! Look for any other brand than this if you need a printer.

Does what it says. Don't print tons of color stuff, so unsure on long term costs, but doesn't seem too bad off estimates. Convenience is worth the extra costs if there is!
