Epson printers have always been my favorite, and this is no exception. Great price and a reliable, solid printer. I do feel like this ink is going quicker than an older version I have at home. I wish the cartridges could be larger.

Replaced an older Work- Force Epson printer, wore out. I wanted the new one to be similar to the older one so I didn’t have a huge learning curve. This one is great, just what I need. I do a lot of copying and this works well for that need.

Ever since I started using epson all in ones 5 years ago I have never looked back. They are 10X better than HP’s and are less maintenance.

I love Epson and am a loyal customer. This one did not hit it out of the park this time. A little too "jammy". Pulls too many sheets at one time.

Had a WF-3540 for a number of years and were happy with it. 3540 had two paper drawers, but we only used one, so the WF-4820 is a good replacement. Happy with the WF-4820.

6 pages and black ink cartridge is showing empty

In the 18 months that I have had this printer, according to the printer count on the device, I have printed a total of 28 pages; 6 non color. The printer would no longer print saying my black ink was empty. Now, you have to ask yourself, do I only get 6 pages per cartridge or exactly what happened to my black ink? At this time, the printer is refusing to print until I replace the black ink cartridge. Keep in mind, all EPSON printing have the firmware update that does not allow the use of 3rd party ink cartridges. Home printers are a necessary evil; however, we are getting robbed on the ink cartridges.

It's an ok printer. Prints pretty slow and it always disconnects from the wifi. Gets the job done regardless.
