It actually has a "self-repair" built in feature but outdated. I bought the New EPSON above, the Mercedes of all printers & All-In-Ones! U can use with your smartphone 24/7. Nothing is better than this!

Many reviews have mentioned this and it comes with the "unplug it and plug it back in" cable TV type tech support I reloaded the software numerous times I guess it's time to move on. And yes I have great wifi strength with everything else in the room I can put it next to the router and it's no better

Not the best printer but gets the job done.

I wish to scan items to a memory device, and would like to know that it saved it on a memory device by showing up either on my computer or on the printer screen.

I've has workforce in the past so definitely wanted to buy that style again. The old model 2540 was more user friendly, but it's been discontinued.

There was no instruction book in the box. I still like the printer and feel the envelope problems are caused by Windows 1”.
