    I Love it! I had a Eco Tank for a year and had to clean the print head 4Xs before I could Print without lines throughout the pictures.

    It works really well. Only problem is on 2 sided printing I can't figure out how to keep it from printing upside down on the back.

    Opened the box installed the inks and other setup steps went through. But everything was stopped by the “insert paper cassette correctly” error. After so many try’s, I start to suspect this is a design issue.

    WF-4820 has been working great in the 9 months we have had it. Ran out of black and now all the other colors.
