Printer is ok, noisy when printing and it’s slow. I think I prefer the wide format.

If you are looing for a double side scanning capability within the same range of printers, I would suggest the WF-4830

That is not true, you must do it manually. We bought this printer to use for ADF two sided scanning and it will not perform as advertised. We contacted both Best Buy and Epson and they apologized but cannot do anything to correct the problem and will not allow us to send it back for credit and purchase the WF-4830 to get the features we thought we were getting on the WF-4820.
