So far, I love it. Setup was quick and easy. Printing is fast and quiet. Love the larger display.

Great printer for both personal work at home use. Results are clear and sharp with no ink smudges. Color is vivid. It has a port to use a flash drive which is important when copying saved data. A number of printers don't have that. Only down side is ink cartridges are expensive.

So far so good. My WF-3270 finally went over the rainbow. Needed a new printer that was like it. Tub epsons are cheaper if you print a lot things all the time. So I had to find a different printer. This is similar to my old Epson but with a larger app capacity. This one’s in handy at tax time. Ink costs a little more than my old printer but the are larger capacity ink cartridges available.

Smaller footprint than my old HP. Easier to set up but slightly slower. good quility printout.

Easy to set up and use for great printed pages as well as copies

I've had the Epson- Workforce Pro WF-4820 for a month and a half. It has worked flawlessly so far and I'm still using the original set up ink cartridges. I like the cartridges as I don't print every day and don't have to risk the ink drying up. I have scanned documents, printed from Word, Excel and from the Internet. I've also printed labels without any difficulty. The printer had a wonderful touch screen display with I greatly appreciate. I would recommend this printer.

So far so very good, but with one caveat. Consumer Reports gives Epson inkjet printers low marks for reliability, so it's hard to judge after only a month and a half of ownership how long this machine will hold up over time. That said, so far it's a great printer. Very fast, clear text and graphics, nice screen, and it's easy to use. It boots up quickly, which is something my old HP Officejet did not do. Also, the printout holder extends easily and holds paper in any position, again something my HP had problems with. Easy to load paper, the two-sided function works nicely, and I could go on. Suffice it to say I am very pleased with this printer...so far.

Good efficient printer, most likely you will have to download the software unless you have a CD drive. I had to download the software, the directions from Epson were a bit confusing since there were so many ad-ons. The scans are great (when connected); the scanner feature has issues connecting to email and computer which is super frustrating. When I finally was able to open the scanner program on my computer I was able to scan. Printing from my computer is easy, but the scan feature is frustrating. I do recommend this printer but be aware of the technology when using the scanner. for now, it fits my needs, but if I wanted to scan directly to an email it will not connect to the network.

Unfortunately, available stock of printers was very limited, but this Epson was on sale and the ink is very reasonable. It's a big reason why I bought it. It was fairly easy to set up and it works perfectly. I haven't really had any problems with it, and the Wi-Fi setup pretty nicely. I haven't used it a lot but it prints very very fast and I just don't have any complaints at this point, but I only used the black and white so far

I Love Love this printer! Epson rocks! As a graphic artist I had an all- in- one photo printer before and didn’t know if I’d like this one. But it’s fast, does duplex printing and a few other things I’ve not had in a home printer before. I had Geek Squad set it up to my new computer and I’m very happy. It’s a heavy one but compact. Fits on on the edge, out of the way, of my small computer desk.

LOVE THIS WORKFORCE PRO PRINTER! Affordable and is working great so far.... My son had recommended it after I expressed frustration with my last two printers... ( He is using it in his office.) I do a lot in my home office here -I am loving this printer so far. Thank you!

Very easy to set up. Shoots out color and BW pages faster than I expected. The on screen touch pad is intuitive and provides good sound feedback when typing on it. Printing high quality photos takes a little longer for obvious reasons but the quality is great. Only small thing is the paper tray took a little bit to figure out. No problems afterward though

I haven't purchased an Epson product in over 20 years, but I was tired of buying mid range price printers and being disappointed. So I purchased this one. I have not been disappointed so far. It is good and dependable and can hold a lot of paper so I don't have to refill the tray every few days. It prints a great quality page. My wife wanted a more user friendly printer and this one fills the bill.

This has been an excellent printer. Great quality and speed and conneccts well to all devices, It was a sugestion of the sales person that helped me and it has performed just like he promised I;m very grateful,
