This is a printer that falls inbetween "budget" and "office friendly" and here's why: Budget wise, it's sub $200 so it's considered fairly affordable. It has many useful features for an office such as scanning, printing front and back, and scanning front and back. But because it's an Epson printer, it's truly held back from being amazing. Ink usage is not efficient and you'll find yourself buying more ink than printing honestly. The connection is always lost and has an extremely hard time connecting to the wifi when it sleeps. Even after all of the firmware updates and reboots, the connection is still laggy, takes too long to connect, and even kicks itself off the wifi, forcing me to reconnect it again. It sits at a good price and has good features that are fit for a small office or home office. But the software, connectivity issues, and it not being ink efficient makes it a hard sell. Btw I've owned 3 of these.

Unfortunately, available stock of printers was very limited, but this Epson was on sale and the ink is very reasonable. It's a big reason why I bought it. It was fairly easy to set up and it works perfectly. I haven't really had any problems with it, and the Wi-Fi setup pretty nicely. I haven't used it a lot but it prints very very fast and I just don't have any complaints at this point, but I only used the black and white so far

I Love Love this printer! Epson rocks! As a graphic artist I had an all- in- one photo printer before and didn’t know if I’d like this one. But it’s fast, does duplex printing and a few other things I’ve not had in a home printer before. I had Geek Squad set it up to my new computer and I’m very happy. It’s a heavy one but compact. Fits on on the edge, out of the way, of my small computer desk.

I love this printer! I had two different printers before this one and was not happy with them. This was so easy to install, since it installed itself, and that is what I wanted and needed. It works well, with quality printing. It is easy to see and understand the menu. I highly recommend this printer for those who want the printer to function easily and well on its own.

Very easy to set up. Shoots out color and BW pages faster than I expected. The on screen touch pad is intuitive and provides good sound feedback when typing on it. Printing high quality photos takes a little longer for obvious reasons but the quality is great. Only small thing is the paper tray took a little bit to figure out. No problems afterward though

I haven't purchased an Epson product in over 20 years, but I was tired of buying mid range price printers and being disappointed. So I purchased this one. I have not been disappointed so far. It is good and dependable and can hold a lot of paper so I don't have to refill the tray every few days. It prints a great quality page. My wife wanted a more user friendly printer and this one fills the bill.

Great value and it works well. I've bought several HP printers over the years, but the last two HP printers have had extremely annoying software and reconfig issues that have been maddening. This time, I went with Epson. Very happy. Out-of-box experience was great. I've been using it now for about six weeks. Very happy with its steadfast performance.

Took me awhile to decide on a printer/scanner combo due to bad reviews and the troublesome setup procedures usually involved. Definitely took a little work to get this one setup and all hooked up to the Wi-fi but once I did it’s been smooth sailing, prints, copies, scans easily and wirelessly right to my laptop. Don’t forget to install the drivers and the interface software. It requires different programs based on what you intend to do, but they’re all accessible from the website or included CD.
