Pretty easy to use, fairly easy to hook up, but sometimes has trouble connecting when trying to AirPrint. Overall a pretty decent printer!

I wasn’t sure if I wanted another Epson however Best Buy made an offer which was hard to refuse. 4yr replacement. My last Epson was any good. HOWEVER, this one is excellent so far. Delivers all that is advertised. No paper loss and the print is very good. Small too fits my home office perfectly. Thanks Best Buy for the offer happy I made the purchase.

LOTS of issues installing it! COULD BE BETTER

It was difficult to install, I finally called the WorkForce people. It is not as fast as my prior, (very similar) printer was. It prints well after I figured out how to use it BUT, I Spent about 3-4 hours on the phone with technical support. It's a tool that I will use until it wears out but wish they could be more easy to learn how to use and get BETTER CUSTOMER SUPPORT to help with the many issues that I struggled with. I am not an amateur but this one is much more difficult that my immediate prior printer was in the 3000 series. It is physically identical to my old printer (3000 series).

Overall this printer is great. It was easy to set up. The print quality and speed is perfect. I am using it for home use: printing documents from e-mail or web sites, scanning, making copies for personal folders. The one downside is that you will need to go to the website to find some of the set up instructions. I am not a techie, but I was able to follow the instructions and do all the set-ups.

Needed a printer for general home priniting. This works perfect, came with the ink and was easy to setup. Got this on a nice discount to make it even more worth the value! Had it about 2 months, no issues so far with bluetooth printing.

It's everything I wish it to be (I'm no longer producing - or trying to produce - photo quality printing, and it does a more-than-adequate job, anyway). Fast, quiet, easy to set up. I'd like it to do double-sided scanning, but that's just a nice-to-have wish.

Very good printer. Easy setup. Needed a firmware update but not hard to add to my network. Wish it had the Tanks for the ink but didn't. For the price it is worth it. Excellent quality printing of documents & photo's too. Fast printing also.

I was already stressed after having my main PC updated with ssd drives and a fresh copy of Windows 10 Pro. The update killed me as I lost roughly $1200 of products that windows no longer supported. After some serious research and and a mixed bag of reviews, I bought the Epson-work force pro WF-4820. After getting it to work wirelessly,I had a problem with the printer not waking up. one short call to Epson and they fixed it on the spot.(updated drivers) Fantastic customer service ! that made my day. If your customer service is all about the customer, you are in good hands ! I love this machine. prints are beautiful and dry. Scanner is clear plus some options I haven't gotten to use yet. I did do some comparisons on the cost of ink, Unlike the Shaq commercial with bottles of ink, this printer doesn't have that feature. though I managed to compare. Epsons ink cartridge, if usesing the XL version of cartride, the annual cost is a buck or two different than the bottle refills per print. Cartridge"s are expensive at Epson Store. I recommend that you use other brick & mortar stores. I found them at a big box retailer & grocery. Their everyday price was $44. Not for just black, but the whole bundle. For the price point (under $200) you get a great all in one.

This is the 3rd Epson WF-4820 I have purchased. One of them broke down a few months after the warranty, of course. The other one works fine. I bought a new one recently. For the most part these printers have been great. I switched from HP a few years ago after having ongoing WiFi issues and printhead dysfunction.

The printer is very good. The colors are a little off but very reasonable. It was a real hassle installing it and the initial support person was not able to get the scan to work from the printer and said that I needed to have my computer re-setup for a separate cost. I used my own IT person and there was no problem with the computer. However, the printer still did not scan other than through the computer program. I called Epson support again and all it required to make it fully work was to check one box.

Bought to replace an older EPSON printer. This printer is much quicker printing or scanning than my worn out WF-3820. I am very impressed in the quality of printing and copies. They are sharp and clear like you would expect from a laser printer. Set-up was super easy on all my devices. I would highly recommend and purchase again.

I had a Epson Workforce 3720 allinone for several years. I used all the parts: printer, scanner, copier, even sent some faxes. But the paper feeder was delicate and a printers most important job is loading paper. Used 3270s were about the same as new if I had to ship it. This 4820 was really cheap at my local Best Buy

Very good product so far. Easy to set up, clear instructions, lightweight, and a nice size for a small home office. After getting the ink cartridges unwrapped and inserted, I was up and running in no time. This copier is great if you only need to print or copy things occasionally, or scan to a flash drive or similar device. Great value for a home office.

The printer is ok, but the quality of the copies are not all that good. I think the product needs to be updated to improve the quality of the printer. I guess for the price, it’s ok!
