Sending a print job to the printer is almost instantly done. Printout are quite good and clear. Set up was easy and I like the larger screen on the front. There is an option to scan and send to a computer. Scanning and coping is quite fast. I believe I made a good purchase and would highly recommend it.

One of them broke down a few months after the warranty, of course. The other one works fine. I bought a new one recently. For the most part these printers have been great. I switched from HP a few years ago after having ongoing WiFi issues and printhead dysfunction.

Very nice printer with large touch screen display

It has worked flawlessly so far and I'm still using the original set up ink cartridges. I like the cartridges as I don't print every day and don't have to risk the ink drying up. I have scanned documents, printed from Word, Excel and from the Internet. I've also printed labels without any difficulty. The printer had a wonderful touch screen display with I greatly appreciate. I would recommend this printer.

Owned for 1 year when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This is a printer that falls inbetween "budget" and "office friendly" and here's why: Budget wise, it's sub $200 so it's considered fairly affordable. It has many useful features for an office such as scanning, printing front and back, and scanning front and back. But because it's an Epson printer, it's truly held back from being amazing. Ink usage is not efficient and you'll find yourself buying more ink than printing honestly. The connection is always lost and has an extremely hard time connecting to the wifi when it sleeps. Even after all of the firmware updates and reboots, the connection is still laggy, takes too long to connect, and even kicks itself off the wifi, forcing me to reconnect it again. It sits at a good price and has good features that are fit for a small office or home office. But the software, connectivity issues, and it not being ink efficient makes it a hard sell. Btw I've owned 3 of these.

Prints perfectly and like a charm. Samer for the scan and fax. Can't wait to try the other features. Monitor ink online without a fuss, and it really does come you my address. SOOOOOOO much better than the other manufacturers that I have tried. I can say that I am done with HP and the various Asian companies. This company understands that there is a user on the other end of it and built a product to meet that need.
