Important: The set up disk containg drivers, etc is outdated or corrupted. Have seen many reviews online about the installation problems and let me say it was a nightmare. Then I found a review where it was advised to completely un-install the software, reboot computer, then go online and download current driver from Epson website. Apparently there was an issue between MSoft windows and Epson driver. After 5 miserable hours trying to get this thing to work the day before, within 15 min of reinstallation everything went extremely smoothly and my printer was amazing. The printer itself is nice and replaces my ancient Epson. This newer one is faster, nice duplex printing and works well.

We love the printer especially the automatic document feeder. The screen is easy to use for various functions. It's quick to print and scan. The size is good for our desk area.

I like the size and how easy it was to set up the printer. The one thing I don’t like is the printer randomly disconnects from my WiFi and I have to turn it’s power off and on for it to reconnect.

Came quickly. Easy Install & Setup. Very fast printing, My only issue is with not special paper tray for different stock and only one paper tray. Otherwise great value!

Great buy for the price.i would recommend this product for those who are on a budget but need a good printer.

This is the second Work Force printer, works great, simple set up, over Wi-Fi , prints are clear, great buy!! My last printer lasted 12years.

Much Easier App software Use For Faxing and Connecting Multiple Devices

It's good, but started saying it needs an update shortly age settingb it up??

I bought it since it was in my price range and could do both wired and wireless printing. My last printer was wireless only and keep dropping off the network. I bought this one and set it up wired and it is very fast and I can still print wireless of the other devices.

Easy to set up and works great. Instructions were easy to understand.

I have been very happy with this purchase. Printing quality is good. Setup was easy. Loading paper cartridge has not been a problem for me that has been mentioned in several reviews.

Great home office printer/scanner/copier. I work from home and the quality of the scans and print jobs is fantastic. Very user friendly and easily connected to my wi-fi. I know it has the ability to fax, but I do not use that feature.

I'm still going to give it 5 stars even though the PPM (page per minute) rating that this, AND ALL PRINTER companies put down is total bs. Having said that, I've only had it one day and I'm already VERY happy with it. They delivered it in one day, as promised. Large touchscreen, super easy install/set-up, intuitive, well designed, etc. I've always been an HP or Brother guy but so far so good. Fingers crossed for the future, but decided to go for the extended warranty just in case.

LOVE this printer. Prints well, photos too! I like the auto feed copier. I can’t remember the technical term for it lol but I love this machine.

Works great once you are able to connect it to your network. It was a tricky but once its set it works great.

This is the 3rd Epson WF-4820 I have purchased. One of them broke down a few months after the warranty, of course. The other one works fine. I bought a new one recently. For the most part these printers have been great. I switched from HP a few years ago after having ongoing WiFi issues and printhead dysfunction.

Great printer, especially for the price. It does everything and then some..i dont have a cd drive so i got the info to download and it was perfect. I definitely recommend this printer, especially if you need to fax and print projects or pictures..great great printer

This printer has been an excellent value. I bought it because I needed a scanner but it turned out to be a great printer. The colors are great and the printer is reasonably fast.

Easy setup. Clear printing and scanning quality. Highly recommend.
