Great price great printer. This was an amazing find. The price was amazing and it was easy set up. Its bigger than most and it prints fast and easily. The only gripe I had is how it was packaged. The Styrofoam released a lot of small balls that I am still cleaning out of the nooks and crannies. But this does not take away from the product, which I leave.

Great AIO Printer, but first time set-up went GREAT, but week later computer could not communicate with printer wireless, so I had to get a remote session with Epson and Associate got my Epson Work Force Pro WF-4820 working wirelessly.

Nice printer but two drawbacks that are probably a personal thing. Using a jump drive it requires only picture images (png, etc) instead of pdf, word documents, or anything else. Also, you can only can to file. You can't scan and print the item.

If you’re working from home that’s printer is all you need. It’s fast it’s reliable and very easy to use. Well worth the money.

So far, after a few weeks, I am very satisfied with the workforce 4820 printer. I wanted a printer that plugged into my computer without having to use the internet and this has worked well for me. It was very easy to set up. I have a Mac computer and had to go to the Epson website instead of using the CD that came with the computer. This was not a problem and was easy to follow the directions to install. I have only used the printer and thus can’t speak to the scanner and fax components.

This WF printer works real well. It is a must to have the Epson Scansmart working. If you don't have that, it is pain to setup. Once you get that, it is a breeze. It prints pages pretty fast for a home printer. I would definitely would recommend it for my friends. It is good small business printer if you aren't relying on printing all the time.

Great printer for the price. Very quick printing but the issue is the app that accompanies. I would give the app a zero star but the printer is great. The app feels like something from 2009 that's never been updated and is extremely bad user interface... And really just didn't work. Everything else on the printer is great

Works great prints well haven't needed to replace the ink yet. I did need to contact customer support at Epson to troubleshoot wireless connection to my home desktop. I will have to contact them again as I can't get the Epson app to work on my smartphone now. Overall the physical machine works great when printing, faxing and copying.

Similar to my old printer just a newer version. I used it for about 6 years doing state organization work & some International work. It was a good printer so I wanted something that would do the same work. More compact.
