Seems to be a decent printer but have only had it for a short period of time. Have had no issues so far.

Four stars only because the first one had an issue while installing. After shutting the lid, the sensor would not recognize that the unit was closed and never got past installation. Best Buy service was great though, easy transition to reorder another, and once it got working it has been great. The wireless scanning feature is the best feature without a doubt.

The print quality on plain paper is good, on glossy photo paper not so much. The cost of Genuine Epson replacement ink is insane, it's almost as much as the printer and it doesn't take compatible inks as I was told it did.

Best Buy had the Best Buy on a printer that doesn't disappoint. The customer service at Best Buy was wonderful. Definitely the place to shop for a printer.

Very happy with it...it's a bit chunky..but I figured out where to put it. It prints quickly and also scans quickly. I do not do massive printing. I work from home an print a few things a day, sometimes scan a few things a day and totally satisfied.

Typical Epson printer. Hard to set up & can only use Epson ink cartridges, something they don't tell you up front. Crappy Epson ink cartridges are the reason I had to get a new printer & throw away $100 worth of brand new ones that I thought would work in the new one. WiFi is sketchy & unit won't take recommended setup like they say. Very aggravating! Look for any other brand than this if you need a printer.

I really enjoyed this printer, it works well and the quality of all the stuff I print turns out really great! Definitely recommend it.

The best printer I have had. Love the speed for printing and reverse side when needed. It has all the features anyone could ask for. At this time I don't use the wireless but considering it so I can print from my phone. Highly recommend the printer.

I brought it for a great price! It’s been working ever since… no problems whatsoever with my Epson

My last Epson WorkForce printer served me quite well for over 10 years until it finally wore out. It was used mainly for printing greeting cards and school work. I’m really enjoying the automatic two-sided printing. I was used to a single rear feed so I got the single cassette. I wish I’d gotten the two cassettes so I could have paper in one and envelopes in the other. Still, it’s quite easy to change. The only thing I don’t like is that it doesn’t like only a single envelope or piece of paper in the cassette.

Good price. I have had it for a fews weeks now and have not had a problem. Colors are vibrant, words are clear. Very pleased with purchasing process.

This is the second EPSON printer I’ve owned. The first one lasted almost 15 years. Guess you can figure out why I got another one. Setting these up has gotten a lot easier in 15 years, too. Hope this one gives me as many years of service, also!

Good printer, we haven't had any issues with it so far other than some difficulty connecting it to the network. Print quality is good with no problems.
