Pleasantly surprised. Of course the driver is on a CD and the computer doesn't have one. But I finagled, got a blue tooth connnection and I have enjoyed it immensely - good printing, easy scanning -I continue to be delighted.

Not great at holding connectivity to router

For whatever reason this one always loses connectivity to wireless print. I have to turn the printer off and back on to get the connection. The printing is decent, just the connectivity. I did not have that on my prior Epson.

Superfast printing. I like that it prints double-sided and has an actual print tray. Wireless set-up and air print.

Seems to function the same, but the wifi actually works on this. One hiccup was "firmware update available". Go to perform the update and it said a wifi connection was required. Go to connect wifi, and it said a firmware update was required first.

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Had to replace my Epson Artisan 837 that was struck by lightening :( I wanted to replace it with the same one, but sadly they aren't made anymore. TheWF-4820 takes up more room on my printer table and doesn't print as well as the 837, not as sharp, but I prefer Epson products over other brands. Haven't noted the length of time or amount of pages the ink cartridge will print before replacing is needed. Connected it to my personal mac laptop and my windows work laptop with no issue.
