epson printers famous comapany in trust it to reach my printing need

Replacing our older printer with similar functionality from 10-years prior. Seems to function the same, but the wifi actually works on this. One hiccup was "firmware update available". Go to perform the update and it said a wifi connection was required. Go to connect wifi, and it said a firmware update was required first.

Great printer! BUT... Not so easy to connect to your wifi--had to get the Geek Squad to help...then later had to get them to help me scan to my computer.

It is fast, does both sides. Still using starter ink.

I picked this printer because it was the last printer in the store. I wasn't really expecting it to be as good as a printer as it is. Prints multiple pages very fast and the colors are very good quality.

Works well. Easy to use. Really like the display. Easy to read. Ebson is a reliable brand & they stand behind their product.

Bought this printer to replace an old Epson workforce printer. Superfast printing. I like that it prints double-sided and has an actual print tray. Wireless set-up and air print.

Had to replace my Epson Artisan 837 that was struck by lightening :( I wanted to replace it with the same one, but sadly they aren't made anymore. TheWF-4820 takes up more room on my printer table and doesn't print as well as the 837, not as sharp, but I prefer Epson products over other brands. Haven't noted the length of time or amount of pages the ink cartridge will print before replacing is needed. Connected it to my personal mac laptop and my windows work laptop with no issue.

Great upgrade over my old printer! Easy to set up and use wirelessly.

This is my best printer to date. It is tons better than my first printer: Apple ImageWriter II. This is a professional printer, even I don't use it professionally.

This machine performs perfectly for me, except for fax, but who uses that anymore.

Quick and easy set up. Print quality is good. I did multiple sheet scanning with no problems. Individual ink cartridges are a plus. It found my WiFi easily. Front loading paper tray is handy.

Very nice printer. I use it for personal as well as work related printing. The setup was simple, the printer connected to my WiFi seamlessly and printing off of my iPad is a breeze.

Great printer, small footprint, good quality. The price was definitely right I would recommend this to anyone.

Easy to install and easy to use. I wanted the one that prints 11x17 but it was out of stock during COVID. Although not what I wanted, I am happy with it.

Easy set up. We have always had good luck with Epson printers. Just wish they could be repaired instead of being throwed out when they start performing poorly

Great price and does a great job!Just what I needed for my job at home.

After a first few uses, we really like this upgrade over an older Epson EcoTank printer. It’s not terribly quiet when it starts a print job, but so far the actual printing is quiet, fast, and high quality. The black ink cartridge is already showing about 10% down after printing only 25 or so pages which makes me a tad nervous, but we will have to see how it holds over time. Our usage is a small home office, and we might print 100 pages a month. I’m hoping the ink doesn’t dry out and clog like our previous ET printer! Minus one star for: worry about the black cartridge capacity, a LOT of thin plastic which might easily break, and slightly loud when starting a print job. Don’t let the lack of a 5-star review dissuade you from making this purchase, however!

It performs extremely well. I would recommend this product to anyone thats looking for a new printer.
