really great printer. I like the feature of allowing 11"x17" but not having to keep the paper in the tray / cassette. the main feature I do not like is the back tray extends backwards every time you open the scanner to scan something. This impedes it's location on my desk next to a wall. Doesn't happen often, but annoying when it does. Would give it 4.5 stars

love my printer. so easy to use. very user friendly. uses alot of ink, but great 3 in 1. great buy.

Have been using it for a couple of months.. scans great in document mode ! Printing is a bit slow for high quality prints ..takes a little bit of time to dry.. have spoilt a few of my prints because i touched them too early .. otherwise works well.

It was one of my best purchases iever did its such a great printer with great quality ....i feel like a little kid when he gets a new toy gifted.i own a samll company and this printer has been my best friend in all my rollercoaster life.

It has been a while since I have gotten a printer that works when I want it to. This one does. Am very happy with the quick print and scan capabilities plus the tabloid size paper.

The quality of print is nice when it works. There is a glitch- it says there is no paper when there is paper. It prints anyway with one of our computers and not with another.

I love it so far. It is replacing my other Epson workforce model that is no longer in service (6840). I actually prefer this newer model a lot more. It prints extremely fast and clear.

Good value for price paid. I like it! It prints fast. Love automatic paper tray pulls itself out b4 printing. Wish it automatically went back in after printing.

I am a small business owner an bought this primarily because of the double sided scanning capability, however, it is not worth it. This printer scanner is extremely unreliable and frustrating, it takes almost 30 minutes to get it to communicate with my laptop and connect with my wifi every time I want to use it.

Instructions are easy to follow. Easy to operate. Haven't tried some of the features yet, but very happy with it so far.

Printer is great. Epson's driver package is a bit difficult to install when you have multiple computers on the network.

This was a Christmas gift. The people who received it liked the ease of setting it up and liked the results of a photograph they copied. By the way, the printer I purchased and am reviewing is the EpsonET2850.

The printer uses very long paper! It tells us if the ink is low! We love our printer. Thank you to everyone for their help!
