Epson Workforce

When my Workforce of over 20 years died, I decided to purchase a different brand printer because of the high cost of the Epson; wrong choice. After only having the printer for 1 year I have it away and spent the extra money to go back to Epson.

The Epsom 7820 is friendly with Mac, however, the video does not work on Mac, only Microsoft format. Best Buy graciously helped me with the returns.

Had to go to web support and download correct drivers. This process deleted .dill files and caused trouble with my windows8 opperating system. Printer is fine operation application trouble magic.

Goes through ink extremely fast. The black ink cartarge soiuld be twice the size. The 7820 is horrible compared to the old 7720 I am using at work. And Best Buy does nothing to help you out besides want people to come to your house for more than the printer is just to look at
