When my Workforce of over 20 years died, I decided to purchase a different brand printer because of the high cost of the Epson; wrong choice. After only having the printer for 1 year I have it away and spent the extra money to go back to Epson.

This printer scanner is extremely unreliable and frustrating, it takes almost 30 minutes to get it to communicate with my laptop and connect with my wifi every time I want to use it.

The Epsom 7820 is friendly with Mac, however, the video does not work on Mac, only Microsoft format. Best Buy graciously helped me with the returns.

Had to go to web support and download correct drivers. This process deleted .dill files and caused trouble with my windows8 opperating system. Printer is fine operation application trouble magic.
