I love my Epson printer. It’s everything I want in a printer.

After returning 2 printers, finally, I have found one that so far works perfectly! The Epsom 7820 is friendly with Mac, however, the video does not work on Mac, only Microsoft format. Best Buy graciously helped me with the returns.

Cd disk driver was missing files necessary for use. Had to go to web support and download correct drivers. This process deleted .dill files and caused trouble with my windows8 opperating system. Printer is fine operation application trouble magic.

Very good printer.We use it for Office work a lot…I will say the Ink goes quick tho…

I wouldn't buy this printer ever again!! Goes through ink extremely fast. The black ink cartarge soiuld be twice the size. The 7820 is horrible compared to the old 7720 I am using at work. And Best Buy does nothing to help you out besides want people to come to your house for more than the printer is just to look at

A close call with a lightning bolt knocked out my original scanner which was a large bed scanner. So I bought a newer model and it's great
